Temilola Onikepo Bankole

Temilola is a 1998 graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan, having worked with the Ogun State High Court of Justice for close to 3 years before gaining admission into the University. Upon graduation, she served with Channels Television as an Assistant Producer before she proceeded to Standard Bearers School as a Class Teacher from 2001-2004. She moved from Standard Bearers School in 2004 to Lebanese Community School as a Drama/Class Teacher up to 2007. She joined Corona Schools in 2008 as Primary 1 Class teacher, and she also doubles as the school’s Master of Ceremony till July 2019 where she resigned as a Primary 4 Class Teacher. Temilola Bankole is a spouse member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club 1938. She has attended both local and international educational conferences/workshops with proven certification.

With over 19years of experience, Temilola intends to be a significant change agent, using unconventional communication modes to promote all forms of positive educational values geared at improving the quality of life of the children.

As the present Deputy Head of school, she plans to effectively communicate the core issues of development in the most basic form for the advancement of Brookehouse School.

Olubunmi Olunlade

Olubunmi Olunlade is an education practitioner with well over 8 years of teaching experience. Her career is born out of her love for children.

She started out as the Personal Secretary to Dr. IfuekoThomas at a well-known primary school in Lagos in 2008 which she held for about 2 years. She later moved into teaching proper because of her love for children and wanting to impact their lives positively. She joined BrookeHouse School in 2018 as a class teacher and later rose to the position of the School Administrator.  A graduate of the University of Ibadan {B.Sc.} and Corona Teachers College Lagos. (PDE). She is happily married.

Mako Omaghomi

Mako Omaghomi is a graduate of Delta State University Abraka with a Bachelor of science (Education) in Geography, with a certificate in Montessori classroom activities for early years( Chelis Education Consults Limited) Heritage House Montessori Center Teacher Training Collage Diploma in Early Childhood Montessori Course( 2 ½ through 6years).

She is a class teacher and Nursery head at Brookehouse School.

She is reliable, flexible, organized, responsible and a Visionary. She comfortably adjusts to situations and does not get flustered easily when faced with unexpected challenges.

The children she has worked with in Brookehouse School can express themselves, apply knowledge and work independently.

She is committed to early childhood education. The secret of her success lies in her daily agenda. 

Modupe Laguda

Modupe is an interesting and overly enthusiastic lady with interpersonal and intrapersonal organizational skills. She is also a very ambitious person, who is conscious of God in all doing, and always prepared to learn new things and striving to improve on herself. Modupe is currently working as an account Clerk/Assistant Admin. A graduate of Lagos State University, where she obtained a B.Sc. in Economics.

  • I’m responsible in documenting incoming and outgoing financial transactions
  • Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
  • Preparing requisition etc.

I’m a computer literate and proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages, excellent in customer relations and problem solving skills and love working with multi-skilled crew and ability to learn fast which have impacted most of my knowledge and skills to the development of the organization.

Akindutire Akinnusi

Akindutire Akinnusi is a graduate of Chemistry at The Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.

He has over 5 years’ experience as a teacher of Science, Mathematics and Music.

Akindutire has a grade-level Music Theory certificate from the famed Music Society of Nigeria.

He is very passionate about the use of technology in making education and learning attractive to learners.

Akin believes that every child has the potential to become outstanding if they are exposed to the right conditions. He also believes that every child can be reached if only the teacher is willing to pay the price.

Akin is presently teaching Science, Music and Mathematics at Brookehouse School, Lekki.

Oghogho Valerie Bobmanuel

Oghogho Valerie Bobmanuel is a graduate of the University of Benin with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology, Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a certificate in Montessori classroom activities for early years module 1 and 2 (Chelis Education Consults Limited). She also has professional certifications like certificate of Achievement in professional selling skills, certificate in Improvising/creating learning resources in preschools (Corona Schools ‘Trust council) and certificate of Effective Teaching (Snow Drop Training workshop). Also, a certificate in Right English Diction (RED) Phonetics Phonics English Diction (The C-Qube NIG ENT).

Oghogho has been a nursery class teacher for 15 years till date. She could also be described as fashionable, reliable, eloquent and confident. She could work with people of different ethnicity and religion, achieving results under pressure.

The pupils of nursery one in Brookehouse School can express themselves in English language, count and write numbers (1 to 50). They can pronounce three letter words as well-read sentences made from three letter words. Valerie believes that every child is capable of great exploits.

Grace Echua

Grace Echua is a creative and enthusiastic preschool teacher with a warm approach to teaching and superlative communication skills. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and Technology and a Professional Diploma in Education with specialization in early childhood care education and primary education. She has attended various trainings on early childhood care including child readiness, sensory cognitive and motor development, nannies and caregivers training and is still attending more each day to make sure that she creates the perfect, warm and nurturing environment for her preschoolers each day.

Eberechi Abigail Torty

I am a primary one class teacher with the following qualifications;

A diploma in health and social care, a professional diploma in education, a B.SC in Business Administration and a Diploma in Accounting.

I have been teaching for over two years now and my special skills amongst many include lesson planning, classroom management and positive attitude. I love to travel, Read and Dance.

Juliet Mabel Okoahia

Academic Qualification: B.Sc Accounting

Number of years in the profession: 2year

Trainings Obtained: Certificate in Education Technology

Special Skills: Lesson Planning, Active Listening, Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Classroom Management, Positive Attitude

Hobbies: Travelling, Computation, Singing and Reading

Ohwobete Uwoigho Joy

Ohwobete Uwoigho Joy is a graduate of Guidance and Counseling at Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. She has over 10 years’ experience as a class teacher and a subject teacher

She is a passionate teacher who helps children to develop their reading, spelling and handwriting skills with the use of technology.

Joy loves to affect lives positively by equipping and imparting children with knowledge with the view to improve their personality.

She believes that for every child you come across you put a smile on their faces.  Her hobbies are reading, singing, listening to music, cooking, playing table-tennis, attending seminars and meeting people.

Joy presently teaches Social studies and Verbal Reasoning at Brookehouse School Lekki, Lagos.

Patricia Omotayo Adesanya

Elementary Art Teacher with a desire to help children nurture their innate sense of creativity,

enjoy Art, appreciate it and develop the ability to express themselves using Art as a medium.

A certified Visual Artist with a Professional Diploma in Education from the Federal College of Education, Yaba,

Masters of Arts in Visual Arts (with focus on Art History) from The University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos and a first degree in Visual Arts from the same institution.

Adaora Asiegbu

A graduate of Health and Physical Education from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.  Adaora served in Akwa-Ibom teaching PHE for a whole year. She took a certification course as a youth fitness instructor to understand how to work with young people. She handle fitness clubs and also organize extra-curricular activities for different schools. She currently work with young and hopeful professional athletes.

Funmi Adedamola

My name is Funmi and I am the Yoruba Teacher.

I have a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University. Prior to this, I was awarded the Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) in Yoruba / Hausa Education by St. Andrews College of Education, Oyo.

I have been trained in Montessori education and early years foundation stage (EYFS).

I love working with children especially teaching songs, games and folklore associated with Yoruba culture. I believe my role is invaluable in Nigeria’s education landscape because it preserves our identity as Nigerians and promotes integration.

I can say I am passionate about what I do.

I have created online educational content (on YouTube) and consider myself a 21st century Tech-savvy teacher.
